- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We unfortunately do not offer any discounts at the moment. There can be fees but that is always announced, discussed, & confirmed with client. Every project varies in prices, fees, and time. No Hidden Fees
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to contact the client for whichever He/She is looking to have completed. We schedule in an estimate time and date. Meet up, talk about the project, what needs to happen, what are the risks or hazards (if any), what we will be doing moving forward. We work on getting the estimates out as soon as possible. If accepted, we schedule a starting date for project. If Declined, we will try and offer another alternative or work closely with the client until final decision is made or the time is right, we even explain our other services as to help keep us connected with the client for any future wants and needs around their property!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've took multiple online seminars and plenty of infield experience for several years. Worked alongside the best in my area to help adapt and mold the best way of approach & execution.
