- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fully insured (and can provide general liability certificates for your property upon request), therefore our prices cannot compete with individuals who do not carry insurance and do not have that overhead. We will meet or beat any price of another insured company if documents are shown to one of our salesmen or provided via email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to come out to our customer's property to make sure we see the full scope of the work requested. By seeing the property in person, we can make sure that we provide the most accurate and fair estimate for the job.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I can give a customer when hiring someone to work on their property, is to make sure the provider is fully insured for the type of work they are performing. I would request copies of insurance certificates, and once you have agreed to the work, request an insurance certificate naming you as the certificate holder.
