- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dog walking and pet sitting are either a 30 or a 15 minutes visit. 30 minute visits are $17 and 15 minute visit are $13. Training is charged by the hour, and the rate is $25 per half hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For dog walking and pet sitting, we schedule a meet and greet where we come out and meet everyone. At the meeting, we collect any extra details and specifics about what you would like us to do when we are there. Extras such as rotating lights, watering plants, bringing in the mail, etc. We will also get a key or other entry info and fill out any needed paperwork during the meeting.
