Dustin is a fantastic communicator. After 2 years of trying to find someone to do our project, countless ignored emails and voicemails from other companies, and absurdly high quotes, Im glad we went with Fancy Pants. I genuinely appreciated the time he put into finding me the right fit for the project we needed done and the constant communication throughout.

Great work and communication. The crew was friendly and left a clean space after doing my roof which I really appreciated with three barefoot little ones running around. Would definitely recommend. Their pricing was reasonable as well!

Hello all, Id like to share my experience with Fancy Pants. My project was a new roof on a rental property. Needless to say cost was an issue, but having it done properly was a bigger issue. The whole process was simple and easy and Dustins team killed the quotes I had gotten on my own.Highly recommend Fancy Pants for anyone in need of work. Ill be using the company for my needs.
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive: For asphalt shingles we are typically around $325-$425 per square (not square foot). We also offer financing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can handle this multiple ways. We can first get your address and do a quick takeoff of the roof and give you budget pricing. If our pricing is competitive then we can schedule a meeting to walk your roof and examine the extent of the damages.
Or- we do the reversal of that, whatever the customer wants!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the roofing industry for over 20 years and I am licensed and insured.
