Gardener & Co. did an excellent job replacing a side garage door. Installation was professional and efficient. They took care to caulking the openings and finished with a good paint job. Pricing was very fair and they removed the old door. Would work with Allen in the future. Regina

Gardner & Co. Ltd. installed a new patio door, replacing an old one that leaked air and heat and didn't close properly. A beautiful change; a job well done. The area of the house it opens into is much quieter and easier to heat now. And it looks very nice. A & C also contracted to have a new concrete driveway and carport floor, back patio, sidewalk around the house connecting the patio and carport, and from porch/entrance area. All have held up well, except that a large crack developed in the front porch area and a smaller on in the carport within two weeks after it was poured. Allan came out and filled the cracks so they won't get worse, but it doesn't look very nice. I'm very happy with the rest. A & C also contracted to have a new roof installed on my house. I'm very happy with it!

Several years ago a section of my roof blew open and I had an active leak in my upstairs ceiling. Alan came out within the hour, when none of the larger roofing firms would. He did a temporary fix and then came back and finished the job permanently. I also have had high efficiency vinyl windows installed by the Gardner term and they have been wonderful. Alan is willing to work with you and find the least expensive alternatives. He has also done the research to find the most energy efficient options.
