- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices quoted are an average based on previous experiences. Homes are unique in their needs and the priorities are ultimately decided by you. I tend to send quotes on the high side so there are no surprises, but you are only charged for hours worked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know you! Gathering as many details as possible about the clients homes and needs...An in home walk through is usually recommended. However, in our professional experience, an accurate assessment can be given through asking a few specific questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training has come by way of experience. I’ve encorporated lots of feedback over the years into the service techniques, ensuring the most positive customer care.
