They did an absolutely great job! I heard some horror stories from people about movers and I was very cautious when researching. These guys have an A+ rating with the BBB and I can see why. They showed up exactly on time, padded my front door and covered my floors, wrapped all the furniture and even stopped my cat from running out the front door! I'm very impressed. Today at work I learned they actually did work for my boss. If I ever move again I won't call anyone else.

I moved 2.5 hours from Columbus to Westlake. The movers were extremely professional and enjoyable to be around. Jenni in the office was quick to provide me with a quote and get the move scheduled. I would definitely recommend The Movers911 to family and friends!

I am really happy with The Movers. John, Don, and Jenny were very nice, professional, and did a great job moving everything. It was money well spent for quality movers who worked really hard from start to finish. Other places were over priced and I think I got a pretty good price compared to other places I was quoted. I am extremely happy with The Movers 911. They worked tirelessly on our huge move from Toledo to Columbus until the job was done and had a great attitude throughout the whole thing. John, Don, and Garlan were the best movers I could have hoped for. The price was reasonable and I would definitely use them again!

This company has the absolute best customer service I have seen from any company. We had a very large move and when questions arouse during the move the owners were right there to address questions. There were problems trying to move our treadmill iut of the basement and they went above and beyond to get it taken care of.
My only suggestion would have been to have a 4th person as we had so much to move. I would use this company again and recommend to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for two movers is $187 per hour, three movers is $280.50 per hour. Our discounted rate for seniors for two movers is $167 per hour and for disabled veterans the two mover rate is $167 per hour. These prices include one truck, all equipment, mileage, state minimum cargo insurance, insurance and labor. Depending on your location there is a one time fuel surcharge averaging $35. Often we offer different types of specials or promotions. Contact us for more information or to schedule a move.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We obtain an inventory list from a phone call, email or in home visit. We will address the customers needs and access any extraordinary circumstances that may not be cost effective and offer solutions. Discuss storage options and verify availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers are professionally trained, athletic, strong and non smokers. All of our movers go through a complete background check and participate in continuing education.
