- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first 2 sessions together are free of charge. This includes the client consultation and our first workout together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first meeting, I give a free client consultation. This includes going over your health history, past/current history of exercise, and we set specific goals for you to reach. After this, we move on to the physical part of the exam, where I test your baseline upper body endurance, abdominal endurance, squat mechanics, flexibility, and aerobic conditioning. Based on this consultation I will develop an individualized workout plan that best suites you and your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In July 2018, I graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. During the summer of 2018, I completed a 400 hour internship at Cleveland Clinic Akron General in the Cardiopulmonary Department. After obtaining my Personal Training Ceritfication shortly after, I dove into personal training, and have been ding it ever since.
