- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the number of guests, hours of service, and specific event needs. We offer both flat-rate packages and hourly options for bartenders and event servers. There are no hidden fees — everything is clearly outlined in your quote. Discounts may be available for weekday events or non-peak seasons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, we’ll schedule a quick call or message exchange to learn more about your event. From there, we’ll build a custom quote based on your guest count, venue, and service needs. After the quote is approved, we send over a service agreement and deposit invoice to lock in your date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our bartenders and servers are experienced in hospitality and have worked weddings, private parties, and large-scale events. Our bartenders are TIPS-certified and trained in proper service etiquette, setup, and breakdown. We also provide in-house training to ensure consistency and professionalism across every event.
