AM provided me with a price based on blueprints I sent him, sight unseen. I ordered the flooring from Costco based on the amount he recommended and he installed it the next day. He and his partner removed 1600 sq feet of carpet and tacks and installed wood laminate floors and cleaned up after themselves. They pointed out I needed quarter round and so I added that onto the job for a small fee and picked up the material themselves! The only thing I would have appreciated is that they didn't take away the construction debris. Although they tied and stacked up the old carpet and bagged up the debris, they left them in our garage for us to disposal. However they were so much cheaper than all the other quotes we received, I didn't mind disposing of the waste myself.

I had multiple projects (basement flooring, drywall, painting, kitchen flooring, doorway widening and wall window cutout between kitchen & dining room). The work was done in a timely manner and I am very pleased!! I got lots of compliments during the holiday festivities on the improvements from friends and family. I will certainly use them for future projects. They were very easy to work with and made corrections when pointed out with no hesitation. They were punctual and professional! We used our translation app to communicate which wasn’t an issue at all.
