- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple. I have a menu that is a standard but I prefer my clients use that as a guide. I like hearing there ideas would rather create what they want or prefer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up on current trends by getting out into the market and going into the new restaurants and clubs to see what they are doing differently. What's new and trendy
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually started when I was 17 and just kind of took to it. After trying a couple other career choices this just drew me back. I think it's the thought of knowing I can make someone's day a little better because of something I have done.
