Gusto Designs were able to create a beautiful design that really nailed the vague idea I had in my head for my company logo. The whole process was easy and comfortable, and I knew I was in good hands the entire time. The hardest part was trying to pick just one design, because every option I was given was amazing! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- The vast majority of projects are quoted at a flat rate (non-profits are given a discount). Depending on the type of project, this will include 2-3 rounds of revisions and all dealings with the print vendor. Also, certain projects will include various designs to choose from, such as logo design. If I go on-site for a client the rate is billed hourly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Because software is constantly being updated, I make sure to stay current on the latest versions and learn about all the new features that have been added.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
- I always enjoyed painting and drawing as a kid. In college I realized it would be difficult to make a living as a painter and that's when I found graphic design. It was a natural fit from the beginning.
