So, after attempting to paint a room, I realized I needed professional help if it were to be done in time for New Years. Castellon’s reaches out to me and Juan was available to come out the very next day. Since I already had a base coat down, I thought it would be a quick and easy little job but it actually turned out to be a bigger deal than I realized. I think if I just wanted someone to slash some paint on the walls, it probably would have been faster, but Juan was SO meticulous and not only did he do a PERFECT, professional, beautiful job painting, he also repaired the walls and every little crack. He even touched up the radiator cover!! The whole time, he kept me updated on the progress and explained the process and every thing that he was doing. It was so refreshing to meet a professional who took the time to do a job well and had so much pride in his work. I look forward to working with Juan and Castellon’s in the future! (And I will be better prepared next time and have lunch!) thank you for such an amazing job and on such short notice as well! Thoroughly impressed!!!

Castellon Painting did a large job for us. They repaired and painted the ceilings, trime, and all the walls in the main area of our house. This included painting 25 foot high ceilings. They are a hardworking team and cleaned up after themselves after each visit. They had no issues in coming back to do some touch up work after a week later (once the paint dried a bit). I would highly recommend them.

Castellon's painted a large portion of the interior of my house including the basement. They were reasonably priced and did a geat job. Gennys had a great eye and noticed things I did not and made the painter touch up until perfect. I loved the fact that Gennys did a final walk through with me to make sure I was satisfied.

I was very pleased with the job of painting my stairwell,hall and ceilings. Job completed in one day, all cleanup was completed and the job looks great! I would definitely hire this company in the future.

I can't rave enough about Castellon's Painting. I recently purchased a new home and had to coordinate painting it with some other minor activities. Gennys and her crew were awesome. The quality of their workmanship was far greater than I expected. When an unexpected issue arose with the existing finish in a room, Castellon's took every measure to assure the issue was addressed, and never asked for a change to their quote. I have some prep work to do on the house we moved from before it can go on the market and there is no question that I will ask Castallon's to paint that home when we are ready. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to provide you with quality and neatness. Our prices are competitive. Keep in mind we maintain our insurance and we warranty all our work. Our products are from Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore. We make sure you receive great customer service from all our team members. The price reflects all that :) But don't be afraid to ask for a price match or a discount. We can gladly try to meet your budget!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When my crew arrives, they do a pre-walk with the customer to ensure that the work order has everything the customer requested. We update the customer daily before leaving the job site for the day. When we are finished, we do a walk thru with the customer to make sure they are completely satisfied with our work and if necessary we complete any touch ups as requested by the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We make sure we keep our employees up-to-date with safety standards. All our employees have received OSHA training.
