They did a great job at installing glass block windows in my basement and the windows look fabulous:) and they were pretty affordable also! Definitely recommended!

Sometimes to truly gauge a business you have to see how they respond when things go wrong, because let's face it, a business is only human. Short story, there was a problem with installation. I reached out to our contact person, Lance, and was immediately swarmed by Lance, Dustin and Sam all scrambling to remedy the situation, which they did, personally supervising the situation.
I have since ordered the remaining windows in my house to be done by Window Universe due to their willingness to stand by their work and products.

Everything about Window Universe was great! From the quote to the installation, we literally had no issues. There was no attempt at "upselling", there was no "act now or the deal is gone"... they were just very open and honest from the beginning and listened to exactly what we wanted/needed. The windows are absolutely beautiful and have made our house so much brighter!
Huge thank you to Window Universe for making our first window buying experience and easy one.

I had 3 windows installed. Had one minor issue. I called, they responded immediately, made a minor adjustment and done. Very professional from start to finish. I would absolutely use Window Universe Cleveland again.

I'm in a duplex in Lakewood that had old, clunky and worst of all drafty windows. I picked Window Universe because they had a great price and offered a fantastic value.
They were very professional with a no pressure sales appointment and gave me weekly updates to make sure the project was on schedule.
Now I can use my sunroom in the winter, it used to be too cold, and it looks much nicer than the old, crummy windows I used to have.
