I rarely leave reviews, but this one absolutely deserves it. Hiring Fabio to renovate my basement was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. What was once a cold, dark, and unfinished space is now what I can only describe as a magic land—a perfect blend of comfort, creativity, and craftsmanship. From the very beginning, he listened carefully to my vision and somehow made it even better. Every inch of the space was transformed with thoughtful detail. Hidden lighting, warm textures, custom cabinetry, and even a cozy nook that feels like it was pulled straight out of a storybook. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly respectful of my home. Clean-up was done daily, communication was constant, and every promise was delivered on time and on budget. Now, when friends come over, they’re stunned. Some say it feels like stepping into another world—a secret retreat right beneath the house. Whether it’s for movie nights, work, or just relaxing, it has become my favorite space. If you’re thinking of hiring a contractor and want someone who will not only get the job done but create something magical—this is your team. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We couldn’t be happier with our finished basement. Fabio took on this large project and exceeded all of our expectations. The project took about 2 months, and consisted of framing, drywall, flooring, a full bathroom, etc. Fabio was extremely clean and courteous and clearly takes pride in his work. My kids are actually sad that he won’t be around anymore. The pictures don’t do it justice (before pic added as well), if we could give him more than 5 stars we would.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the project ,the ease with which he performs his job and his willingness to even pick up the materials was what made this experience such a great one. The end result was wonderful and I will surely be using his services in the future.
