Installed a water heater. Did a good job.
Wade not only installed our washer and dryer, but he replaced the plug in our dryer to make it compatible with the building outlet. He also looked up our building code to make sure the plug replacement was to code and went to get it. He was prompt, friendly, and efficient.
I hired Ed to Replace Water Heater. Ed provided prompt responses on correspondence, very accommodating with and worked thru scheduling times with me and provided assistance with my questions on purchasing the water heater. I am beyond pleased with the service and overall experience Ed provided. I have had several small projects I've been putting off or possibly attempting to do myself but now that I've worked with Ed I am now planning on hiring him to do these as well.
The work was too notch. I had new water heater installed. Professional, friendly, and honest. His prices were extremely competitive. I highly recommend.
Bottom line, Mr. Napier is an old-school repair man. No frills, no overhead, no travel fee. Just a flat rate per hour for what you need fixed, he will repair it. For my repairs I needed items fixed like a leaky shower faucet and leaky toilet shutoff valve, hardwiring a dishwasher into a non-plug-in connection, and laying adhesive tiles in a bathroom. After Mr. Napier arrived and assessed the specific materials needed, he made a list for me of the necessary parts and materials, so he proceeded to work on some of the fixes while I went to Lowe's. As he worked, he even explained how certain parts become non-functioning over time and what to watch out for to save yourself some money in replacing them. If you are not a handy kind of person at all and don’t know much about various home improvement materials and parts, it would be best that Mr. Napier first go with you to the home improvement store together and purchase the necessary materials so all of your repairs can be worked on straight through. I would hire Mr. Napier again.
Dave Bradshaw was very professional and eager to make sure the job was completed. We purchased a foreclosed home that had a lot of unexpected areas of concern PPP up. The hot water heater went out and Dave came the next day to take a look and completed that job and a sump pump. Dave is very particular when finishing making sure that he put shut off valves everywhere and making sure that everything that he installed was safe. . We also had an issue after the hot water heater was installed, The hot water wouldn't come out and come to find out the pipes were channeled wrong by the previous owner. Dave came right away and spent extra time trying to determine what the problem was. His prices is very reasonable and his work is very good.
Quick and professional installation of a hot water heater. Tim left the work area in a clean condition. Was very satisfied with the work he did.
Very prompt and professional. Jarrod came out to work on our water heater on Mother 's day and did a fantastic job.
Flushed water heating; very friendly, efficient, and provided an explanation of the service as well as tips for future health of the water heater
Very professional. Handled my water heater problem and in a very fast timeframe. Great to do business with!!
I wish I could give more stars. Josh is not only quick to respond, scheduled the job for the following morning and was flexible working with my schedule, but he is thorough and knowledgeable, EXTREMELY friendly, professional and trustworthy. His work was perfect and done in my less than perfect basement that I don't even like being in. AND despite the fact that his quote was the most reasonable, he had to make two additional trips for parts, and an additional trip to remove the old water heater (which was so full of sludge it couldn't be drained and needed an extra pair of hands to haul out of the basement), he stuck by his original quote. How's THAT for value?! As a result of my experience with Josh replacing my water heater, I am going to contact Columbus Keystone Property Preservation for other work that needs to be done. CANNOT GIVE ENOUGH KUDOS. Thank you, Josh!
I got an AC unit, furnace and had them return for a water heater installation. Highly recommend this very ethical, efficient and excellent company.
Tom did a great job removed and installs the hot water heater. He and his crew are very friendly and reliable. The price is reasonable and does the work in a timely manner. Definitely recommend.
I had to replace a 39 year-old water heater that finally decided to kick the bucket. After talking with various companies, I chose Custom. Mike was prompt, professional, and affordable. The installation took under three hours, and the replacement has been working great! I'd recommend anyone to check outCustom Contracting.
Rick installed lights in my garage and turned it from a dark cave to a well lit area. He also replaced a GFI outlet in the bathroom and a water spigot. He did great work and I'm already talking to him about coming back to repair my gutters.
They hung two tv's, a shelf, installed a microwave over the stove, & fixed the water line to the refrigerator. Everything went great, I will definitely hire them again when I need something in the future. They are super friendly & very professional. Thank you SO much for a great job!!
Replaced my water heater for fair price, performed work well.
They were very efficient and helped to replace our water heater for a fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for anyone.
We had apex plumbing out because our water heater had started leaking.. the crew offered me options.. no, high pressure sales. Id definitely use them again
When Centex built our home in 2003, they went cheap and instead of using a pipe that fit, they soldered extensively behind the wall to our shower to make the pipes fit. When we went to replace the leaking shower head, we found this issue. The soldering had broke and needed to be repaired. We hired, after hiring several other contractors, Blessed, to come fix the issue. I corresponded with April, the owner, and arranged for the service. Bill called about 30 minutes out and arrived on time. I showed the Bill the problem, and he immediately knew what was the issue and how to fix it. I am currently on crutches so I was hesitant as I could not get in and out of the basement to turn off the water. Not needed. Bill was able to remove the old soldering, install a coupling, etc - and do all that plumbing stuff that I have no clue how to do. Long story short, he was done in about an hour and the cost was $25 less than he had quoted. He advised what small items we needed to do ourselves (he could have, but I asked if we could finish this part) to get the shower working - install face plate, and handle, etc. Note, others had given me estimates of a low of $500 up to over $1K. We found Blessed Plumbing also on the Blue Pages (Christian yellow pages) and were very confident with his work. He even gave some other suggestions on issues we were having (water hammer) and offered some maintenance advice on our aging sump pump. I enjoyed my encounter with this company and would not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing problem we encounter. It is hard and rare to find honest people/contractors.
We do any repairs from the house to the barn, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and siding. We do the best and service the rest.
