So we called a few companies to address our water heater issue. The first one had a sales first approach. I was offered a full replacement without a full diagnosis, and they led with an $8k replacement. No thanks. Communication was significantly better when we reached out to S and C. Super responsive and interested in getting to the root issue. I instantly felt more safe and prepared to trust their opinion. So we did. They took care of us with work that was quality and high value. And now I can stop having to shower at the gym, and bathing my toddlers in an infant bath from water heated on the stove. Haha.
