Paul Yager is my name and fixing your property is my game. 22 Years in building maintenance. Residential, Commercial and Restaurants. I have flipped 15 homes. I have also built 3 restaurants from the ground up and complete remodeled 8 others. I have worked on over a 1000 homes. Also work with landlords with all their maintenance needs, currently have 2 retail properties and B&B properties that we provide maintenance. No job is too small. Very simple way I operate. You can buy all the materials yourself and just pay my labor rate to install it. Or If you don't want to get the materials then just pay my labor rate to gather necessary supplies and reimburse me for the materials and pay my labor rate to complete the project. There is not much I can't do. If I can't do it I will tell you. I believe in building a relationship with all my clients. So I will always be completely open and honest.
