Paul Yager is my name and fixing your property is my game. 22 Years in building maintenance. Residential, Commercial and Restaurants. I have flipped 15 homes. I have also built 3 restaurants from the ground up and complete remodeled 8 others. I have worked on over a 1000 homes. Also work with landlords with all their maintenance needs, currently have 2 retail properties and B&B properties that we provide maintenance.
No job is too small.
Very simple way I operate. You can buy all the materials yourself and just pay my labor rate to install it. Or If you don't want to get the materials then just pay my labor rate to gather necessary supplies and reimburse me for the materials and pay my labor rate to complete the project.
There is not much I can't do. If I can't do it I will tell you. I believe in building a relationship with all my clients. So I will always be completely open and honest. I am a perfectionist by nature. I will always respect you and your property. I stand behind all my work and will strive for you to be completely satisfied with everything!

Paul, from Macgyver did an exceptional work when fixing a kitchen faucet at the home for my 90 year mother. Paul and his wife arrived promptly and exhibited professionalism and resolved a couple of challenges while installing the new faucet. Very happy. My son is in the military and needed repair on his house. I came across a website, MacGyver Handyman Services. I was so happy with the outcome and the fact that he and his wife were both so pleasant and kind. It even rained a little bit, but he worked through even that. Paul was incredible. My tile floor is awesome and done within the time he said. Always communicating about arrival time in the mornings and he even did other items such as install cabinets for the same quoted price. He is a nice guy on top of it all and I will be using home for all my projects.
I know that is there is ever an issue, there is absolutely service after the sale!!
