- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes are client-specific, which include one-time deep cleans or weekly cleaning. Rates typically start at $175 and vary from there based on client needs and requests. New, 1st-time customers are required to pay a deposit of 25% of the quoted service cost at the time of scheduling, or at least $50.00. Deposits are credited to the final invoice. Our cancellation policy is as follows: if you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Our cancellation fee is 25% of the expected service charge, or at least $50. Deposits are refunded, assuming the cancellation notification timeframe was met.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit each potential new client and provide a personalized quote based on their specific needs. Afterwards, they receive a written quote and schedule openings to choose based on their availability and the team's. Once scheduled, the team sends reminder texts/emails the day of the service. Payment is requested upon arrival.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is a fully insured cleaning service with general liability insurance. We are a registered LLC and a company in good standing with the state of Ohio. In addition, our employees backgrounds are reviewed at the Federal and State level, which includes a drug screening. Each employee must pass our internal training protocols before cleaning your home.
