Patti is amazing! She took in a very short notice job of selecting my light fixtures, mirrors, and plumbing for my new build. I was completely at a loss and she made it all come together perfect. She also took the time to make suggestions for my perimeter counter top and it had tied my whole great room/kitchen together perfectly.

Patti remodeled our riverfront condo in Cincinnati. After a short time spent with her, she was able to come up with a design that included knocking out a wall that opened up the place, refinished hardwood floors, painting, selecting window treatments for a basically glassed-in view of the river, as well as selection of furniture and rugs. She did an amazing job of handling the contractors while we were at work, working within our budget and managing a difficult schedule issue with our condo. We will be using her again for the next phase. Her pleasant personality a well as her extreme attention to detail and follow-up truly sold us on her. Due to the fact that she didn't know either one of use previously and being able to create a sophisticated yet casual living space for us was tremendous. We truly enjoy our place. Thank you, Patti!

Left to our own skill as interior decorators, we were doomed... Patti came in and listened to our ideas for our kitchen. In short order she created a plan, and we were on our way to what has turned out to be our dream kitchen. Chip and Joanna would be jealous of the final result, and under the budget that we had planned to spend! We highly recommend Patti Johnson!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No two projects are the same so to quote a standard fee without seeing first the site is not prudent for our firm. It is always based on the Scope of Project and the extent of what is expected from a valuable, experienced design firm. Sometimes we act as general manager and project manager and sometimes as a designer for specification and decoration. Forecasting the amount of time to be spent on a project due to it's extent is considered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A site visit to the space being considered is critical. How can a designer bid until he or she views the space to even see what they may be working with and if the designer and the client are both a 'fit". Once this visit takes place along with an in-depth discussion of the expected outcome, design aesthetic and overall budget, a design fee can then be given. Patti Johnson Interiors will work with the client to deliver the desired outcome of the client. As a professional, I am hired for my expertise in product knowledge and application and what the current trends are to assist the client in what would work best for their space, the purpose of the space and the people residing in that space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied Interior Design at Henry Ford College. Ongoing, continuing education is also a must for any professional. I also attend several trade shows a year to stay on top of latest products, many of which I use in my work.
