- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In-person estimates cost $75. Once the project is accepted the $75 is deducted off of the project price. Pricing depends on the project. That's why we would love to talk to you! We offer a 6 month workmanship warranty to guarantee all of our work. We are fully insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts from the initial contact wether it is by phone or email. During that we go over the project specifics and try to offer some sort of ballpark pricing for the project being discussed. We like to do this because we do charge an in-person estimate fee of $75. We then schedule an in-person estimate. We guarantee a 1-3 business day turn around on estimates. After the project estimate is accepted we get with the customer on a tentative start date. Start dates generally do not move. After the project is completed we warranty the work for 6 months.

As a company we have years of experience in home repair and remodeling. We have completed multiple projects with very happy customers.
