I took a chance and reached out on Memorial Day, received a response within a couple of hours, and was scheduled for the following day. From the moment Chris reached out, he demonstrated care and concern regarding my experience and was clear and complete in his communications. He included me in establishing next steps given that the hose needed to be discarded as he didn’t want to assume that I wanted to keep it, although he would have been right to assume given the presence of maggots. He made sure there were no maggots that entered my actual dryer, instructed me on how to replace the hose since I didn’t have an extra one available, and educated me on how long the smell would take to dissipate. Thank you Chris for your responsiveness and thoroughness in addressing my needs.
