Introduction: We are not limited in our repair methods. Every situation is unique and there is not a one size fits all when it comes to structural or drainage issues. Many of our competitors are sponsored by manufactures of "systems" which sell them customer leads in turn the contractor must install their "system". Bottom line "systems" are designed to be easier and faster for the installer so they can improve their bottom line and may not be the best repair for the consumer. Many of theses "systems" have a limited warranty as well and if not installed correctly the manufacturer will not cover to replace. At Basement Remedy we make repairs the old school way because they are proven to work over many years. We do not use sub contractors to do our work. Providing the client with a safe healthy home. I also like hearing when a client has referred a friend or family number. There is no better confirmation that we do excellent work than getting a referral. Our referrals are about 60% of our business.
