- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two Wedding packes, The Simplicity & The Deluxe. Packages start at $500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever a client contacts me I love to talk a little bit on the phone and get a feel for exactly what they are looking for. After we talk on the phone, I like to meet in person at a local coffee shop to review details, contracts and prices. After our consultation I tell the clients to go home and think about everything and give me a call when they are ready to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business coach that I speak with on a regular basis. To stay up to date on the latest photography trends, I follow multiple photography blogs.
