They called ahead and arrived on time. Angie did the job herself and did a fantastic job! We had two rooms that needed a lot of work and she spent a lot of time here working on those. I reserved writing the review until 1 day has passed as I've been burned before by thinking a cleaning was done well only to find the stains came back after the carpet dried. In this case, most of the stains are gone! Highly recommended!

Crystal Clean is still here - literally midcleaning. I am so impressed, that I am reviewing them RIGHT NOW! First, ask for Angie. She is friendly and polite. In addition, she is working HARD to make everything awesome! Let me say... We have a dog - that sheds. We have older carpet - older, with a dog, with a dog that sheds; but our basement/den carpet looks completely new! I am so astonished at her work I couldn't even wait for her to finish before I posted. The other best part... I emailed a detailed explanation of the services I needed. They/she arrived and... there were no "extra" charges nor additional fees for stains, condition, etc. The price the quoted is the price I am paying. Stop looking! Call them right now!

Prior to contracting them to clean my carpet, we corresponded back and forth a few days beforehand. I had several questions and he was always quick to respond and answer my questions and concerns. I just had my carpet cleaned by another company and was not happy. Though for just a normal cleaning it would have been fine. However, I have pets and had several areas with pet urine and odor and the pet treatment the other company used did not work. They said they would work around my schedule for the appointment. I decided on a day and time, however, the time did not matter as I was taking the day off. Angie was wonderful! I showed her all the areas that I was concerned about and she took extra care making sure she covered all areas. She took her time and did a thorough job. it's been 3 days since my carpet was cleaned and I do not smell any odor. I had a door stop that I thought was broken and Angie fixed it. So thank you Angie for fixing it! You went above and beyond. The only thing that I probably would not do the next time is the deodorizing.
