I was very happy with the rug cleaning, I was only there for a short while when they arrived, but they told me it would take about two hours. It turned out great!

This was the best carpet cleaning experience. She was prompt, reliable and very hard working at the stains, etc. The carpets dried within hours, while some of the stains didn't come out, they were in path areas.

Prior to contracting them to clean my carpet, we corresponded back and forth a few days beforehand. I had several questions and he was always quick to respond and answer my questions and concerns. I just had my carpet cleaned by another company and was not happy. Though for just a normal cleaning it would have been fine. However, I have pets and had several areas with pet urine and odor and the pet treatment the other company used did not work. They said they would work around my schedule for the appointment. I decided on a day and time, however, the time did not matter as I was taking the day off. Angie was wonderful! I showed her all the areas that I was concerned about and she took extra care making sure she covered all areas. She took her time and did a thorough job. it's been 3 days since my carpet was cleaned and I do not smell any odor. I had a door stop that I thought was broken and Angie fixed it. So thank you Angie for fixing it! You went above and beyond. The only thing that I probably would not do the next time is the deodorizing.
