I had an outdoor light that a previous handyman had "fixed", but still wasn't working. Bill came in and taught me something new about my house of 20+ years (I had an additional switch for that light!), replaced the light and the switch. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable and left making sure it all worked properly. I would strongly recommend him!
Jack did a nice job replacing a broken pane of glass in my interior door. It turned out to be more expensive than I originally planned because the door was original to the house and I wanted to keep it. Also I opted for safety glass as opposed to the thin "cheap" decorative glass that was in the door. I know it turned out to be a bigger job than what we both expected but Jack did a good job and didn't upcharge me for the work. What's even better...he picked up the door and dropped it off when it was complete. He's an honest and fair business man.
Mike from M&L helped us re-work our mantel and we couldn't be happier with the result! He gave suggestions of things he thought might work better and ways to save money by doing some of the work ourselves. He's really a great woodworker and generally a hard worker I'd recommend to others! Price seemed fair for the work and expertise.
We had our fence installed late last summer and went with this company because their product looked good, they were very reasonably priced and they actually listened to what we wanted vs trying to up sell on various other products. The fence was installed in a day and the installation process went great and everything was cleaned up well. Our fence is low to the ground which was important to us because we have 2 small dogs and didn’t want them to be able to get out under the bottom. Waited a year to do our review to see how everything settled. Had a couple minor issues with the gate- which can be expected with a wooden fence. Company was very prompt and came out to inspect the issues on the first day I was available and it was fixed 2 days later- free of charge. Everything is working great!! I would highly recommend them for the quality of their work, their professionalism, and just our overall experience and satisfaction with their product and service. Thanks guys!!
I requested Drywall estimate for a ceiling removal in the kitchen (old drop ceiling with the plastic sheets for Florescent lighting ) . Kelsha responded quickly and personnaly showed up to introduce himself. I quickly realized Kelsha was more than just drywall contractor. His work and helper were there when they said and performed perfect in removal of many parts of the home I was remodeling. We did total bathroom remodel as well as walls removed throughout the home. They cleaned up everyday they were on the job and never had to question anything. Kelsha was so talented in Finished Trim, Drywall, and general construction all the stress of the multiple projects in the home Kelsha performed always in a professional way. Always was the early man on the job and kept in touch thruout with other trades to cordinate the work load . Kelsha would constantly call to inform me of progress and what I needed to purchase to keep the flow moving forward. I forgot to mention his ability in framing walls whenever needed which I found myself needing during the remodel. We added and removed multiple walls and Kelsha finish work made them all look as if they never happened. I strongly recommend Kelsha Speedlimit Construction for all your drywall , framing and finish Carpentry jobs. Small or large you will be happy with Kelsha on the job.
Sam was very personable and willing to go the extra mile to be sure we were happy with the woodworking project he did. We will look forward to working with him in the future.
I felt every time I had a question he answered it quickly. I also felt that the time line he said he had to work with, worked out perfectly as he said it would initially on our first meeting. I had a vintage highchair and I asked Chris to strip and refinish, which he did a remarkable job with an old piece of furniture. He took it completely apart and replaced pieces that were old, missing or loose and glued areas that were weak. This is for my granddaughter to be born in August of 2017-- and my daughter wanted this particular high chair. He even suggested using "safe" poloy. for the tray. He is very professional.
Fixed the drain pipe under my kitchen sink. My husband originally assembled and it kept falling apart. (He's not a plumber)
Adam Bowen was extremely professional and I really appreciated his flexibility to work around my busy schedule and quick communication which allowed the job to get done as fast as possible. He also did a great job unclogging my sink and took care of it within an hour at half the price a plumbing company would have cost.
Curt removed laminate and installed wood flooring. He was prompt, courteous, and worked with us to solve some problems that came up. We had to live in the house while this remodeling was being done and this type of work produces a lot of dust/sawdust. He was a little lax in cleaning up at the end of the day and could improve on that. We would have to put his equipment aside and vacuum. But aside from that, everything went well.
I take so much pride in my work and it show in my attention to details

I'm a perfectionist, and I live by the motto -- If I wouldn't accept it in my house, I wouldn't do it to yours.
