Apex 1st Carpet Cleaning provides professional carpet and upholstery cleaning throughout Marysville and Central Ohio. I focus on giving customers a great clean without the high-pressure upselling that is common in the industry.
I use professional truck-mounted hot water extraction along with specialized cleaning tools that allow me to actually see the soil and contaminants being flushed from your carpet. This helps me know when the carpet has been thoroughly rinsed instead of simply making the surface look clean.
Pet accidents? No problem. I regularly work with pet stains, odors, heavily soiled areas and everyday traffic buildup.

I got 4 of my couched steam cleaned and I picked this company because of the price. I was not dissapointed! My couches were so dirty from my dogs and they smell fresh and look brand new. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in simple, upfront pricing with no surprises. Standard carpet cleaning is $49 per room, and rooms needing pet treatment are $59. Hallways are $20, or free when cleaning 3 or more carpeted rooms. There is normally a $75 minimum. I’ll always make sure you know the expected price before the cleaning begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make the process as easy as possible. You can book online, choose the services you need and see your estimated price. When I arrive, I’ll inspect the carpet and any problem areas with you before cleaning. I use professional truck-mounted hot water extraction and thoroughly rinse the carpet while focusing on stains, traffic areas and pet issues. My goal is a great cleaning with fast drying and no surprise charges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before starting Apex 1st, I worked for Stanley Steemer and completed their professional training program. That gave me hands-on training in carpet cleaning, stain removal, equipment operation, and proper cleaning techniques. Since starting my own company, I've continued learning and improving my process through years of real-world experience.
