We used Barley31 for our sons high school graduation party and it was a HIT! I LOVED working with them! From the moment they responded to my original Thumbtack search, to the culmination of the clean up they were friendly, helpful and professional, not to mention the most important part, THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! The presentation of the truck the food and the ladies was is appealing and professional. Morgan worked with me on creating a menu that was affordable and delicious. I wish I had been able to keep track of how many of our guest commented on how good the food was and how"fun and cool" it was to have a food truck. Several of the underclassman moms inquired about using them for their graduation parties next year! Thanks again Barley31 for your part in my sons graduation party. You allowed us the opportunity of enjoying his party without the worry of serving our guest! Best of luck to you!

Morgan was great. She suggested the perfect menu for my group of 12. We had plenty of food and it got rave reviews. We all especially enjoyed her artichoke spinach dip and chicken parmesan. I would definitely use Barley 31 again.

I like to get a sense of what kind of food they are looking for and the type of event. Then I create a personalized menu and pricing that perfectly matches their needs. After they confirm they would like to use my services we agree on price and delivery details. I contact the customer a few days before the event to confirm the details and head count.
