- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $50 to show up to the job and $50 for each hour of work. I can provide free estimates for larger jobs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will contact the customer to get specifics on the job-request, provide a quote within a specified time frame and allow the customer to contact me with further questions, or to set up a date to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed teacher with the State of Ohio, I teach construction technology, which includes the basics of wiring, framing, plumbing, and drywall. I went to Ohio State University for my formal educational training. I also worked in the commercial and residential building fields for many years. I have experience in building homes from start to finish (I built my own and helped with others), and constructing commercial buildings.
