When we were deciding on a realtor to use to help us sell our home, our neighbor's house went on the market and was in contract all in the same week. We asked them who their realtor was and they gave us Vicki's card! Our experience with Vicki was great - she's professional, organized, personable, honest, efficient with paperwork, and was very helpful on the best ways to make our house sell quickly... And it did! Our house was in contract within a few days of us putting it on the market. She is extremely prompt when it comes to communication, which was good for us because we always had lots of questions. Vicki sold my home for me and was very knowledgable and helpful. She was always in contact with me which is very important in getting your home sold in a timely way. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is always something new to learn in real estate. I perpetually participate in continuing education and monitor the always changing real estate market. I am an ABR, CRS, GRI and E-Pro with all of these designations recognized by the National Association of Realtors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hiring an agent is a very personal choice. Be sure to let potential agents know what the most important things are to you as far as your expectations.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not all real estate agents are the same. I hate to hear about bad experiences people have had in buying or selling a home. It does not have to be stressful and agents should always have their clients best interest in mind.
