EasyFix called me within 5 minutes of my online post of the problem. They were willing to come within a half hour. The serviceman was an Asian who conversed in a foreign language with another technician the whole time he was working on my refrigerator. I could tell he was asking for directions on how to repair it. I'm all for training foreigners, but I wish a more experienced technician had been there to instruct him in person. He removed the unit for inspection. After about an hour, I talked to the person on the phone, who explained my options. After the part comes in, I will have to pay for 2 service calls to get the unit fixed.
