I have always been scared of getting bugs and my experience with Mark and Jen was a very positive experience. They came in and did just what they said they would. We only found 1 bug after the first bug. I am finally able to rest at night. Mark and Jen were very professional and upfront while still being very kind and caring.I pray I don't have to but would call them back again if I need them

Mark and Jen are very understanding of how horrible finding bugs in your home is. They came out the same day I called and treated my house. I havent seen a live bb since! The 1 year warranty made me feels better also. The product being safe was great also since my dog and my kids were home also. I will be calling them and have my home sprayed every year from now on to ensure this never happens again.

They were really nice and really understanding about my paranoia, and they're really responsive and just really nice. And since they've sprayed the new place I havent had any bugs (except one or two, but that's natural I guess) and I love it! And im so grateful for them!

My wife and I had our pest problem for over a year and worried we would be stuck with them forever! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the job and the home or space being treated. We do not have staggered pricing, we price out the job so you know what your total cost will be. We do not charge per visit like most pest control companies!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is the first step in our process. Many times we are able to get enough information about your situation that we are able to give you a free estimate over the phone. If you have been dealing with a bed bug infestation for more than 6 months, we may need to schedule a free bed bug inspection to put together a bed bug treatment plan!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly doing continuing education to keep our license up to date. Since we focus solely on bed bugs, we are able to research the best products on the market that are designed solely to exterminate bed bugs!
