- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial in-home (or virtual) consultation is $75. Then, the hourly organizing rate is $60 for most areas of the home. Unfinished basements and garages are $75/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all new clients, the owner (Jenn) likes to: *Talk first by phone and have the client share what type of organizing help they are looking for. This also gives the opportunity for the client to ask questions about the organizing process. *From there, an in-home consultation is scheduled to see the client’s home and come up with an organizing plan including timing, budget and any organizing supplies that are needed. *At the end of the consultation, typically the first organizing session is scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jenn, the owner of the company, has a degree in nursing. In her nursing experience, she learned excellent prioritizing and time management skills which are very beneficial when getting organizing projects done in a timely and efficient manner. She puts her clients first and truly cares about them and their families. Regarding organizing training, she is certified in organizing paperwork and has plenty of hands on experience with a variety of organizing projects.
