Terrible property management , In 6 months they accomplished nothing in terms of repairs , took nearly three months to accomplish an eviction of a vacant apartment. Failed to turn 3 units to rent ready, failed to get HUD repair work accomplished , failed to clear county code violations, they hired a vendor that charged $700 to perform a set out of tenant furniture and wanted another $1k to make a dump run. Eviction overpriced, tenant belongings set-out overpriced , and no repairs accomplished in 3 months time. Poor communication, maybe 7 emails replied to out of 30+. Deposited funds for repairs and they “Lost $1,500” for 3 weeks. Stay away unless you’re interested in being overcharged, regularly ignored and or have an irresistible need for disappointment and a vacant building. The managers are rude and full of excuses.
