Fantastic service and excellent communication. My family and I are in the process of selling our house and needed immediate servicing to our roof. Not only did Summit Roofing come to my house the same day I contacted them but they came back when our inspection showed additional work was needed. Fantastic job

I had soffit panels replaced and had gutter downspouts reconfigured to correct overflow issues. Lonnie at Summit was great to work with - he solved the problem and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He asked good questions, gave me details on the work that would be done, and the quality of work was excellent. Moreover, the cost was quite reasonable.

Roof leak..Lonnie showed up when he said he would and quickly identified the source and fixed it. Took pictures to show me the problem. Rate was reasonable.

Our roofing job was well defined and was best priced among three bids. Special attention was given to several leak concerns around a skylight. As of late the skylight no longer leaks. I was pleased with the full description how the old roof would be removed and the new roof would be but back on. Special attention was given to how the roof was assembled to prevent leaks in areas that were of concern. All conversation was very professional. I am well satisfied and would recommend Summit to others.
