Fixpert was an absolute life saver! My washer and dryer were not working. I called and received a response within 24 hrs. The technician came out, was very professional and was able to quickly assess what was wrong with my appliances. He was an expert with explaining what needed to be fixed and also incredibly skillful with the repair. My washer and dryer are now working like new! This was honestly one of the better experiences I have had with a work order. From the time I inquired; to the time he arrived, he showed the upmost professionalism and work ethic. He was very knowledgeable with his work, and was able to troubleshoot and get it done. I could not ask for a better experience, he was transparent in all of his pricing, and was very comparable to the current market and even below. Overall, for the quality and professionalism shown, he will be a future call back for any other repairs or installs.
