I have complete confidence that the work would've been finished same day if it were not for an additional part needed. I’d definitely use again. First, he responded immediately. We were able to set up an agreed upon time. The work was done quickly and at a decent price. He had to replace some parts for a dryer that was really loud and sounded like it was scraping. He diagnosed the problem quickly and it was fixed.
