Fixpert was an absolute life saver! My washer and dryer were not working. I called and received a response within 24 hrs. This was honestly one of the better experiences I have had with a work order. From the time I inquired; to the time he arrived, he showed the upmost professionalism and work ethic. He was very knowledgeable with his work, and was able to troubleshoot and get it done. I could not ask for a better experience, he was transparent in all of his pricing, and was very comparable to the current market and even below.
