My Samsung washer would either not start or not complete a cycle of wash. It would ding but the lock mechanism would not engage or washer would stop in the middle of cleaning. I would have to play with the functions in order to get a complete wash cycle. Now comes Larell. Larell’s response time was exceptional. Same day! A prompt appointment was made. Upon the time of our appointment Larell gave me a call stating he was running a bit behind because he was still working on the prior customers appliance. I appreciated Larell letting me know that he was en route soon as sometime we know there could be set backs. However, I also appreciated the fact that he was working to provide the best customer service to his client at that time, which made me feel that he would provide me with that same service and finish working on my appliance until it was complete before he left to his next client. Once he arrived Larell went straight to work. He was kind and professional. He explained what he was doing and his process. Two parts had to be ordered. Larell assisted with the navigation of ordering these parts. A couple of days later the appliance part arrived. An appointment was scheduled a day later. Larell showed up to my place of residence 20 mins before I arrived from my workplace and before our scheduled appointment. Awesome. Larell fixed my washer and waited for a “QuickCycle” to complete in order to make certain it was properly working. He also gave me a 30 day warranty. Awesome! I highly recommend Larell to all!! 5 stars easy!! I submitted a picture of both old parts that were damaged to be transparent about my appliance that Larell fixed. Thanks Larell!!

I was very appreciative of Fixperts honesty and experience. Although I did not end up fixing my washer, he gave me his honest opinion of the cost for this repair and I decided to just purchase a new washer instead. It is nice to know there are still good honest people out there. I would highly recommend this Fixpert on your next repair.

I have trust issues. After so many disappointments with poor quality, lack of communication and no shows, Fixpert was a breath of fresh air! He was able to help right away, was flexible in scheduling, communicated, problem-solved and had part upon arrival and fixed it within 30 minutes. Was polite, educated me and took a look at another appliance while he was here. I highly recommend Fixpert!
