If I could have chosen all the qualities I would have. larell is an amazing person to work with and very knowledgeable. This was my 2nd house call the 1st was my dishwasher and he fixed it in two days and months later my dryer went out. I contacted him and within 3 days he diagnosed it fixed the belt the same day and then noticed I had a motor issue as well and came back to change it out. He is a very respectful and reasonable guy and he doesn't mind working with home warranty company Thank you so much Larell

I’d definitely use again. First, he responded immediately. We were able to set up an agreed upon time. The work was done quickly and at a decent price. He had to replace some parts for a dryer that was really loud and sounded like it was scraping. He diagnosed the problem quickly and it was fixed.
