- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a flat rate per job, not hourly. This was they can budget and not be surprised the day of service. Each job includes everything that we discuss during the walk thru process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is simple; we set up a time to walk through the customers home, answer any questions they may have, establish a price, and then schedule their first cleaning. Easy!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been organizing so many people, places, and things my entire life that it only made sense to branch out a bit further and see where it takes me. Now, I have over a decade of experience with a highly trained, hand picked crew to help.
