I started training with Kiah beginning December 2014 - It is now only half-way through January 2015 and I've lost 11 lbs, a total of 9.75 inches, and about 5%body fat and for the first time in my life I actually have some muscle. She will push you to your limit and she makes sure she knows what your limits are. She's the most knowledgeable and inspiring trainer I have ever worked with. She keeps me accountable and motivates me every day. When she's working with me - her attention is on me and only me. And it doesn't stop there. Even on the days I don't have a session scheduled she'll send me a text to see if I'm sticking to my diet and getting my cardio in. She's great. I can't say enough good things about her. Love Her!!!! I can't wait to see what my results are come summer. I know I'll look great and finally be comfortable in a bathing suit and comfortable in my own skin and I owe it all to her!!!!

I have attended Kiah's bootcamp and kickboxing classes for over a year and just recently began personal training with her and I have to say it has absolutely changed my life! I have two young children and I am a teacher so a good deal of consideration went into my decision to buy a personal training package. However, after our first personal training session, I immediately purchased two more packages with her and left wondering why I did not buy them sooner! Kiah is an outstanding, knowledge, and thoughtful person and trainer. My goals were discussed and she created individualized training sessions for me in order to reach those goals, with weight training and diet, as well. After each session I recieve a text from her asking me how I feel and how I thought the sessions were going, which allows us to reflect on my progress and reassess my short term goals if necessary. Kiah sets her sessions up to create a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle change for her clients that is easy and fun to adopt and follow! I have highly recommended her to all of my family members and friends. Investing in personal training is not just about looking good on the outside, which she will help you do so that's just a bonus! Training sessions with Kiah has changed me from the inside out and I have a confidence that I never knew was possible. I leave every session feeling mentally and physically stronger which has made me a happier and healthier person, mother, and wife!
