- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a licensed real estate broker, landlord, general contractor and property manager.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Handyman type jobs take less than 1 day to complete and usually require the completion of a short list of repairs. The Owner is usually happy to pay C.O.D. using the following description. For larger projects that require more than 1 day to complete, we usually require a written proposal to be signed and a deposit to be collected. We will discuss your needs and our services. List the description of the work to be completed. Review the written proposal listing the description of the work to be completed. Agree with the Owner on the work to be completed and the estimated cost of labor and materials. Plus an hourly rate for additions and changes the description of work. Collect the cost of materials and a deposit in advance. Schedule the work to be completed. Complete the work to the satisfaction of the owner. Contractor will submit a final invoice plus adds & changes & miscellaneous materials. Collect the balance of final invoice upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From a young age I performed small and large home repairs and worked with others to complete home maintenance and repairs as required by our business and our clients. I have build several new homes and commercial buildings.
