Mr. Doyle is a GREAT instructor. He definitely goes Above and Beyond my expectations. He is always on time and often goes a little longer than scheduled to explain the movement until I understand. I have been working with him for a year now. I started out learning karate 2 days a week for 1 hour. After a few months, he became my Personal Trainer. We meet every Sat. am for 30-45 minutes. I look forward to my sessions with Mr. Doyle. I now attend 4-6 classes each week and work with Mr. Doyle in a private lesson. I've lost 50 lbs., toned up and gained new muscle. We add a little more to my regime every few weeks. So now I attend kickboxing and yoga at the studio as well. When I started last year, I was completely out of shape, suffering from uncontrolled diabetes(taking 2 different insulin shots, 1 at every meal) and had constant knee and shoulder pain. It was hard in the beginning, but Mr. Doyle encouraged me to keep going and to only do what I could do without injuring myself. He was very patient, but pushed me to do just a little more each class. With each class I attended, I got stronger, started losing weight and felt healthier. My Doctor took me off 1 of my insulins and the other is now only 2 times a day. The pain in my knees and shoulders went away as I built muscle. I love working with Mr. Doyle and seeing the results of the hard work we been put into it. I encourage anyone interested in getting healthier to work with Mr. Doyle. With him YOU get Results. Don't let anything hold you back from the life you dream of.

I've been training with Mr. Doyle for about 11 months now. I am 60 years old and I'm looking to tone up, lose a few pounds and to build more muscle. Mr. Doyle works with me a couple days a week at his studio, Doyle's American Karate Academies. We do boxing, aerobics, and weight training. He explains how to get the most from each move, why it works and how it will build muscle. Mr. Doyle is always on time and definitely goes above and above to get me in shape. You can't ask for a more patient and experienced Personal Trainer. I recommend Mr. Doyle to anyone looking to get in shape.

I have been working with Joe for several months now. I can already see results. I am more toned and stronger, than I have been in years. The exercises are simple to do, but you feel the results fairly quickly. Joe is patient and explains the correct technique until I really understand. We meet a couple times a week for between 30-60 minutes. He is always prompt and works throughout your entire scheduled time. I would recommend Joe as your personal trainer to anyone. I have already lost 20 pounds since we started.

    I loved Health and fitness my whole life. People get out of shape as life goes on because of the stress of work and family. Making a living. I believe you should work to live not live to work!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I work all clients differently depending on their needs. Generally everyone works on their personal fitness goals, flexibility, stress relief, healthier eating habits, and overall happier lifestyle.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure you are comfortable with your trainer and know that there will be set backs and find someone who can help you through those challenges.
