Mike showed up on time to do the job. Unfortunately he did not cover our brand new carpet with a drop cloth, didn’t cover light switches or tape off the trim. He didn’t sand or smooth any of the small defects, not even the putty over the nail holes. When he was done my husband needed him to fix some areas but didn’t notice all of the lumps and bumps until later. We paid a lot of money for the project and I expected more for the price. We hired another painter for the living room for the same rate who puttied flaws, took time to prep the room, etc. While Mike finished in a timely manner, it was not of the highest quality.

We are sorry to hear that your expectations were not met. All the patch work to the walls were done prior to us arriving and were note done by us so we can not guarantee the work done by others . There were no light switches or outlet covers on the walls when we arrived or painted and we hung your new ones and we did have drop clothes down. As for the lumps on the walls like we explained to your husband those were there prior to us beginning and were made more noticeable by the new paint color.
