All commission and or flat fee is negotiable with a Keller Williams Greater Cleveland Northeast standard compensation
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. 5-10 minute phone conversation 2. Gather client & property info plus clients needs and wants 2. In person meeting 3. Sign contracts 4. Take Photos of property and set up a 3d tour (I personally offer professional real estate photographer and 3d tour with my services ) 5. Decided on listing on MlS or not Stage showings open houses do a full marketing & Social campaign to sell property 7. Use Keller Williams Greater Cleveland Northeast tools and expertise in selling the property 6. Set a time frame to sell property that client agree with (3-6 Months) 7. Close the deal final paper work and contracts
