  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our best package includes the 3 week board and train program for $2000. This program cost also includes any of the training tools that we send home that we have found useful for your dog. Part of this program is 2 private 1:1 sessions as a follow up and advice from me for the life of the dog. At this time we do not offer private 1:1 sessions unless there are special circumstances, or if it is the follow up sessions that we guaranteed with our board and train program. The aggressive dog program is a minimum of 4 weeks board and train and is $2,500. This includes 4 private 1:1 follow up sessions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to hear what is going on and what the goals for training are during a phone call, so it is very helpful to send your phone number and email. We then establish an available date for pick up. I like to pick your dog up from your home to evaluate how they are in their home and with you. We then work our hardest to bring out the best potential of your dog (establishing the foundation), and then I spend a significant amount of time teaching the owner how to continue the training. I try my best to write updates and send pictures, but I do spend sun up to sun down training the dogs, socializing them, exposing them, and letting them play. The dogs are all integrated into my family life when they stay with me, so it's very rare you see one of us without a dog. We like to place the dog in as many situations as we can while they are with us, so we can make sure the owner has a successful return.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to Bart Bellon's Nepopo Silver School to learn how to train using the 4 quadrants of dog training. I take different courses and certifications from world known dog trainers that utilize a similar training system I use. I read multiple books, listen to multiple podcasts, and watch training videos when im not hands on training for the latest tips, tricks, and knowledge.
