Carol is very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and responsible. He is very punctual and communicated well. He did the job exactly the way I asked him to do it and he did it in a timely manner. He was willing to do several other jobs not on the agenda. If I could give him 10 stars , I would. I will allow him to do all my repair work .
