Ive moved many times in my life and this experience was the best. Andrew and his crew showed up on time and were a well oiled machine. Very friendly and personable. It was almost like having friends and neighbors helping you move.
Moving isnt fun but they made me laugh on a busy day.
They were completely professional and trustworthy.
Everything I asked they would say no problem.
Andrew only had to ask one time what goes and what gets hauled away. They moved us in and out in just under 4 hours
No haggling about the price just a flat hourly rate.
They didnt break anything or scratch the walls.
These guys take all the bad out of previous moving experiences.

I had decided on a Thursday that I would be starting a lease at a new place on Friday, so I posted the details of my job (moving all my furniture) on Thumbtack to a few pros. Come Friday Morning, Manifest Shipping was the only one who had responded, despite the pros I posted the job to listed that they were available "24/7" and "ready to move right now". Manifest pulled through with a competitive quote and availability on Saturday. Being the first time I have used movers, I had a few questions which they were happy to answer. I booked them for Saturday at 1pm. Come Saturday, it turns out their job before mine ran early so they were able to get started on my move nearly an hour earlier. They loaded all my stuff carefully, and navigated the tight 4 family stairwell with my loveseat and over 6' long desk. Unfortunately, the dead-end street I lived on was relatively crowded with parked cars which made turning around in the street relatively impossible, so they managed to back their van and trailer all the way down the dead-end street packed with cars on both sides, while cars tried squeezing around them to park. Unloading was a quick process for them at the new place. All in all, Manifest Shipping really came through for me and took a good amount of stress out of the quick turnaround time I had for moving. They were the most responsive pro I have encountered on Thumbtack (one of the others I reached out to still hasn't even responded), they worked with me to get the job done sooner than I thought possible, they finished over an hour quicker than their estimate, and they accept multiple different ways to pay (the Venmo option is great). My only regret is not asking them to move the whole apartment! Would definitely recommend and use again.

The movers called to let me know they were running a few minutes late and arrived only 10 minutes from scheduled time. I appreciated that they called. I feel they still arrived on time.
They immediately started working on moving the items needed to be moved from 3rd to 2nd floor of the building we live in. They encountered a problem with taking down the queen size bedframe because some of the screws were stripped, but they worked until they figured a way to get the job done. Both movers were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use Manifest again!

I needed movers at the last minute (one day notice) and Andrew and his team did a great job of responding to my project, giving me clear and fair pricing and being on time. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the move within the expected time and under budget.

Manifest and the crew that did my move were awesome! They were efficient and very careful with my belongings. We had a couch that was to large to fit into our basement but the guys went ahead and gave it the old college try! Thanks again guys, took a lot of stress off my shoulders (and back!)

1. Obtain all details of a perspective client’s upcoming move.
2. Provide them with a quote and answer any questions he or she may have about the move or about our company.
3. Schedule the move, create the invoice and bill of lading.
4. Send the client pre-move tips that help ensure an efficient and stress-free move.
5. Execute the move.
