- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. $35 an hour for data recovery services, $25 an hour for all other services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the Information Technology (IT) field for over 6 years now. I have an AAS (Associates of Applied Science) in Computer Information Technology and an AAS in Cyber Investigations Technology, both from Sinclair Community College. I am currently working towards a BS (Bachelors of Science) in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance through Utica College in New York. Outside of this business I work for a large software company as an IT Consulting Analyst. Working closely with a team of IT technicians to provide technical solutions for the businesses IT infrastructure. I spend a lot of time working on servers and writing automated process using scripts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working in commercial building maintenance for 6 years and a heavy construction equipment operator in the Army for 9 years, I wanted to work more in doors. I have always love to tinker with computers and am fascinated by the rapid growing technology.
