- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free roof inspection to evaluate the condition and discuss the customer’s goals and concerns. After the inspection, we provide a detailed estimate and explain material options and project scope. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work with our professional crew, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installation crews have years of hands-on experience in residential roofing, including metal and asphalt shingle systems, as well as siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters. We follow manufacturer installation guidelines and industry best practices to ensure durable, high-quality results.
