- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not complicated, it is simply based on what you want. We provide table service including plates and utensils at a flat rate if needed, and you keep them. Then the rest is based on what you order and the number of courses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always trying new recipes and spices to see what works and what does not. It is amazing that I don't weigh 400 lbs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love food, and cooking. When I was a child my first word was actually "eat" and I have been proficient at it ever since.
