- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with the customer first, to discuss the scope of work. Then I can recommend various approaches to fixing the problem. I then provide an estimate for the work, and if accepted, we schedule the work. When the work is complete, payment is requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up, I worked with my dad, an awesome carpenter, who could make or fix anything. I have been doing similar work for friends and family on the side throughout my life. I continuously learn, and teach others, about new and efficient techniques to solve a variety of problems.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a variety of customers, from home owners, investors with rental properties or just flipping properties, and commercial property owners.
